I was reading through stronglifts.com today, and I came across this article called 10 Nutrition Rules for Building Muscle, Burning Fat, and Getting Stronger.  After reading the hints, I was happy that another source agreed with my earlier article, Dieting Basics, because some of the advice given is so fundamental, but people still fail to follow these directions and wonder why they are failing at their fitness/weight-loss/muscle building goals.  Here are the 10 Tips and my take on them.
