Organic Orange Laced Apple Cider Ingredients: 6 cups organic apple cider 3 whole organic allspice berries 3 whole cloves 3 cinnamon sticks 1 organic navel orange, peeled and quartered 1 organic navel orange, unpeeled, sliced Instructions: Place organic cider in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the organic berries, cloves and cinnamon sticks.

So the new beginning was today and I must say that I am pleased with my results… I got up and did the normal morning stuff and went to work… kept track of my food on my paper version of the FoodMover (I find it much easier if I just keep the food chart in my pocket notebook), got home and took Jake to the YMCA with me..

I was reading through stronglifts.com today, and I came across this article called 10 Nutrition Rules for Building Muscle, Burning Fat, and Getting Stronger. After reading the hints, I was happy that another source agreed with my earlier article, Dieting Basics, because some of the advice given is so fundamental, but people still fail to follow these directions and wonder why they are failing at their fitness/weight-loss/muscle building goals. 1. Wrapped gifts or gift bags? I try and wrap but find it very tiring. Have found a great solution for larger gifts this Christmas. Coles is selling recyclable shopping bags with “Merry Christmas” on them. I like these because they can be re-used after Christmas. 2
